Divine Mercy Service: April 12th at 3:00 PM

Divine Mercy Service | April 12 | 3:00 PM

On Sunday, April 12, Fr. Cassian will be leading a Divine Mercy service that will include Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, Veneration of the Divine Mercy Image, and the Divine Mercy Chaplet. He will also be hearing confessions beforehand, starting at 1:30 PM.

The Association of Marian Helpers helps describe the importance of Divine Mercy Sunday:

"On this feast on the Sunday after Easter, "The soul that will go to Confession and receive Holy Communion shall obtain complete forgiveness of sins and punishment1" (Diary, 699). The requirement will be fulfilled if you receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation in preparation for the feast day, as long as you receive Communion on the feast or its vigil in the state of grace and with great trust in Divine Mercy".
