Lawn Chair Lectio

Lectio Divina, or "Divine Reading," is prayerful reflection on Sacred Scripture, practiced since the days of the early Christian communities. Lawn Chair Lectio is doing this outside so everyone can stay safe and healthy!

Deacon Thom Winninger and Mary Dobson (Director of Evangelization & Faith Formation) will be leading small groups in this prayer to prepare for the upcoming Sunday liturgy. Sign up for any or all Wednesdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm, June 10, 17, 24 and July 15, 22, 29 to experience hearing God's Word in the quiet of your heart.

Due to the current state guidelines on limiting the number of people at gatherings, this event is limited to 18 people per week (10 in each group, including the leader). Please sign up here in advance or call the parish office. Participants are asked to bring their own chair and a Bible. Everyone will sit 6 feet apart. Since the gathering is outside, wearing masks is optional. Meet in the South Parking Lot, where the two areas will be clearly visible between the South Entrance to the Church and the Creative Clubhouse (old Church).
