Wear Red for This Weekend's Masses for Pentecost

We joyfully invite you to celebrate the Feast of Pentecost with us this upcoming weekend. Pentecost, often referred to as the "birthday of the Church," commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and other followers of Jesus Christ. It is a time of great significance and joy in our liturgical calendar.

To honor this special occasion, we encourage all parishioners to wear red to Mass. The color red symbolizes the fire of the Holy Spirit, representing the transformative power and vibrant presence of the Spirit in our lives and within the Church.  Wearing red is a beautiful way to visually express our unity and the spirited enthusiasm of our faith community. Let us come together, adorned in red, to celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit and to renew our commitment to live out the Gospel with courage and love.
