We are filled with joy as we approach the beautiful feast of Pentecost, the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and the birth of the Church. To commemorate this special occasion, we would like to invite everyone to wear red to weekend Masses on Saturday, May 27th and Sunday, May 28th.
Red symbolizes the flames of the Holy Spirit that descended upon the Apostles, empowering them to spread the good news of Jesus Christ to the world. As we gather in prayer and worship, our red attire will create a visually striking reminder of the enduring power and presence of the Holy Spirit in our midst.
